特點和使用范圍

  我公司系列集料整形反擊式破碎機是本公司針對高等級公路集料生產過程中普遍存在著針片狀含量高、粒形差難以控制的狀況，而超新研制的一種既替代反擊式破碎機、又將對集料進行有效整形的新型破碎機械。

  產品廣泛用于多種類型、規格的高等級公路面層集料加工、整形（出料粒度可隨意調節）。與同等生產功效的反擊破相比，能耗可降低40%，集料針片狀含量可降低8個百分點以上，保障針片狀含量符合有關技術指標要求。產品廣泛適用于玄武巖、石灰巖、河卵石、花崗巖等各種物料的破碎加工與整形。

  該產品集破碎與整形于一體，具有體積小、效率高、能耗低、出料粒形好、操作方便等優良特點。

注：1、機器處理能力受諸多因素影響：給料的物理機械性質、給料的形狀、粒度大小、給料方式。

2、本機標定的性能參數，以抗壓強度80-100MPa巖石堆為準。
