特點與適用范圍

該機在制砂工藝中，用于洗凈砂子中的泥土、粉塵等，達到潔凈砂子的目的，也可用于選砂等作業中的提純或類似的生產工藝。

工作原理:

該機由傳動系統、斗輪、機架水槽等主要部件組成，電動機通過三角帶經減速機，小齒輪于齒輪嚙合，從而帶動斗輪轉動，輪斗把水槽內的砂子鏟起，砂子在斗輪內翻轉，相互磨磋，在水流的沖擊下，洗去粉塵和雜質，潔凈的砂子通過皮帶輸送機送至料場。
